Paytm Mobile Solutions — I want refund which is deducted due electricity bill which isn't been paid

I am regular customer of your paytm. So, I want to tell you that I was try to pay electricity bill through paytm couple of days before. There was my money is deducted but bill isn't paid and seen it transaction is successful. When I checked on provider site there is no mark bill has been paid...So please refund my money rs1680 as soon as possible...Or I want to talk to executive officer of paytm.

Updated by ndhakate I am regular customer of paytm. I want to tell you that, couple of days before I was paying a electricity bill through paytm site but after that my money got deducted and bill isn't paid. Paytm said that your bill is paid but it isn't been paid. I checked my bill status on mahadiscom site there was no sign of bill has been paid. So I request you to refund my money as soon as possible. Please..
