[Resolved] Paytm Mobile Solutions — took my money from bank not made payment to electricity fraud

On 09/04/2018 i made the payment to my electricity bill but the payment was taken from my bank bill not paid... I thought it might get drop since it was not showing in paytm history... I called to bank they told money is taken to paytm tried calling paytm no way to get it there they want there transition id i have my bank transaction id which is not working i waited for 10 days paytm didn't return my money...
I want my 325 back please, i have attached my screen shot of transaction

Can anyone tell what is the customer care number? I am trying to reach this team for a complain but not able to. No phone number is working out for me.
