Paytm Mobile Solutions — top up not done for mob no, [protected]

I have signed into my account of paytm and requested for top up of my bsnl no [protected] for Rs 220. I got OTP no of Federal Bank and submitted otp no. You have not recharged my mobile no., informing me that bank has not authorised the payment. After some time message from bank received in my mobile saying that Rs 220 is deducted to paytm account. The timing is 9.30 hrs on 17/04/2018. Kindly top up my mobile no. for Rs 220 or refund the amount to my Federal Bank account no.
