Paytm Mobile Solutions — Torturing in the return.refund process | |||||
Paytm I initiated the return request of an order (order id: [protected]) 2 weeks back. I gave all the clarifications on email and shared all the requested pictures of the product along for the reason for the return. And then, the return request was approved and pickup was scheduled for Jan 23rd, 2016. No one came to for the return puck up. I got a call from an executive today, and he was again asking about the reason for return. Witnessing worst return/refund policy of Paytm Guys, think 10 times before buying anything from Paytm Amazon India Flipkart Snapdeal are way better than Paytm They do not torture in their return/refund process.
