[Resolved] Paytm Mobile Solutions — transaction failed but balance deducted from my account | |||
I wanted to book a ticket from irctc and tried to did the payment from paytm[protected] . There was insufficient money (Rs.3.31) in paytm and demand was of 802(ronded off) so paytm asked for debit card and then i allowed to take the rest money from debit card. after that, bank confirmed the payment of 798.63 (remaing amount) at PAYTM txn#[protected]. But payment failed in irctc from paytm and paytm send me message that your bank has confirmed payment against order id [protected] but we will refund your money incase the order is cancelled.My paytm wallet money is reflected in paytm wallet but bank balace has been deducted by paytm. And the order is cancelled. But amount is not refunded. So, i request you to take action quickly.and refund my money. Was this information helpful? | |||
Apr 23, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved They emailed me the RRN NO. of refunding money to Bank and next day my amount was credited by bank.
