I have paid a sum of rs 707 on 10th january for my phone bill on 10.01.2019. Order id is [protected] and wallet txn id [protected]. But the amount has not been debited to my phone bill. Now i have received remainder from my phone officer.. Now the bill is over due and fine to be levid for late payment. Please settle the bill with extra rs100 for late paymentwhich is to bepaid only by you as it is not my fault.
I am really sorry to in form that i could not contact you to speak about this in spite of repeated attempts from yesterday. It is very difficult to contact you for any complaints. So i am fed up with your service and want to quit very soon.
