Paytm Mobile Solutions — transaction not completed yet money was deducted from my account

For depositing fee in respect of BITSAT 2019 application no 405523 an internet banking transaction of Rs 3167 through Paytm channel failed, though the amount was deducted from my account. I deposited the requisite fee again which succeeded. I request you to please see that money deducted from my account which could not be credited to BITSAT 2019 application no. 405523 is returned. The details of the transaction are as below:
Dear Customer, your Account XX0150 has been debited with INR 3, 167.70 on 07-Jan-19. Info: BIL*ONL*[protected]*One97 C. The Available Balance is INR 1, 02, 455.45.For dispute, call [protected].
