Paytm Mobile Solutions — unauthorised transaction-getwoo

I got a paid subscription for getwoo on 11-march-2019 for one month.

I did not renew them, however, rs.990 were deducted from account on 17-apr-2019 without my consent. I had given no instructions or authorisation whatsoever to renew the account.

Renewal of service has happened without any consent and moreover money has been debited from my account without giving any authorization.

This is a fraud and needs to be dealt strictly.

This amount needs to be refunded back to my paytm account.
