[Resolved] Paytm Mobile Solutions — unauthorized deduction of money from credit card | |||
I noticed a a paytm Noida transaction for a sum of Rs.599/- on 17 Feb 2019, on my credit card statement. The first time I used paytm linking my card was on 16th March 2019. So being the case and with no OTP received from Paytm nor my bank on Feb 17th on my mobile number, how would Paytm authorize the transaction? I had sent a complaint to [protected]@paytm.com(Reference no.[protected] with part of the credit card number as requested by them, since there is no transaction id in my paytm account. It's been more than 40 hours now and despite repeated requests for an update there seems to be no response from their end. It shouldn't be hard for them to trace info as to where the card was used. I even emailed them an authorization code provided my phone banking support agent and still not response from PAYTM. I will need an updated ASAP please Was this information helpful? | |||
