Paytm Mobile Solutions — unknown getwoo subscription pack

There was no linking/self-authorization to getwoo dating app with my paytm account. Even then, getwoo did the renewal of my subscription on Dec 5 without asking for my authorization, due to which i lost 300 rupees from my paytm a/c.

Please discontinue my subscription as i can't do it from paytm account because i can't see myself subscribed. And getwoo is also not responding to my concerns.
