Paytm Mobile Solutions — unsolicited behaviour by customer care executive | |||||
Dear Paytm, my paytm does not supported and asked for KYC to be done, i requested for KYC through my Paytm app. Received a call few minutes back from [protected], behaviour of the lady was awkward and not able to answer my queries for KYC, the moment i said that this call is being recorded, she used abusive language and hanged the phone. I have 2600 INR in my paytm app, please reimburse this amount as soon as possible, i am not intended to use Paytm anymore. Thanks Rishi Was this information helpful? | |||||
