Paytm Mobile Solutions — Unsuccessful mobile recharge,no refund of money

Address:Singur,Hooghly

Please note Prepaid recharge of Mobile no.[protected] was done on 6/01/2021.RS.555 was deducted against recharge but it did not come up as prepaid balance,
so recharge remained unsuccesful. It's been 4 days and i couldnot get my refund yet.

Proof of payment and details are as below:-
