Paytm Mobile Solutions — violation of data protection and refusal to close/delete the account | |||||
As of 21st november 2017 i submitted a request to paytm to close my account. I received an answer that the account cannot be closed, but only blocked. That means all my private data are stocked into their system without my approval. I found this issue that is violation my rights of data protection. I want to close the account, but there is not that option. The option of blocking the account is only if i send the proof of my bank statement where i made a transaction with paytm. After so many exchanges of email and the same standard replies, i said i cannot send the bank statements as this is something private and the company has no rights to ask for such an action. Therefore, i ask to be helped to force the paytm company to immediately close and delete all my previous account data and stop asking information about my bank statements Was this information helpful? | |||||

It is ridiculous service by PayTm. 2nd time I am raising complaint. I still did not get recharge in my metro card. Already I have complained regarding this. But no one cares in paytm.
