Paytm Mobile Solutions — wallet money adding issues

I am the user of paytm app, its been almost from past 2-3 months on few transactions while adding money in the paytm wallet has become headache for me, everytime i add money to wallet it gets deducted from bank and from paytm website i get a msg saying "payment confirmation awaited" but never they have creditred the amt in my account instead they say that it will be refunded by the bank or it will be added, while i have never got refund from the bank as its not fault from bank side and they have not added the money to wallet and they informed its been refunded to the bank when checked with trhe bank statements there is not even a single rupee refunded. I want to file a complaint against paytm as its doing fraud and scam with the users. I have taken it to the social media as well but i just get update saying that they have checked the records and updated us with explaination, but its about the payment done to the items purchased not about the amt which has been deducted from the bank account.
