Paytm Mobile Solutions — wrong product delivered and customer care not responding | |||||
I ordered an intel core i5 7500 processor on 8th july and on 17 july i got the order but the order was i5 7400. I tried to contact paytm around 5 times but all they responding to contact paytm mall care. I contacted paytm mall care 3 times but they put me on gold for more than 12 minutes in every call. Now what can i do. I want my real product. And the product they sold me that is non returnable. Was this information helpful? | |||||
