[Resolved] Paytm Mobile Solutions — Wrong product delivered and no return accepted for same | |
I had placed an order on Paytm mall. The delivery was made of a wrong product. Being given wrong product, I tried to return the product but the request for return is being rejected by the seller. I had shown the pics of the box with label while raising ticket for the same, had the product been correctly delivered would not have been suitable for delivery in existing package box. It's been 3 days since I have raised the issue on Twitter to their customer care but only I am getting is assurance to wait for some more time without a definite timeline for resolution. What should I say about their customer care, they mention it 24/7 but despite making so many calls there is no one to pick up the call. Also, even after raising the complaint on App and twitter, the team is not bothered to call me and understand the issue. I want my money back. I have no interest in the worthless product dispatched to me. Was this information helpful? | |
