Paytm Mobile Solutions — wrong product delivered by paytm

I have ordered a headset 10 days ago, but received a bluetooth set for car. I have applied for product return 4 days ago and still no one was send to pickup the wrong one. I really want to be returned before 14 days return policy or i won't get my money back. Please contact them and resolve this issue.
