Paytm — money deducted but service not received

Hello,

I would like to inform that i tried to book bus ticket from paytm on 23rd aug 2018, money got deducted from my sbi account but booking got failed with error message. I reported the incidence very next but my issue didn't got resolved, i was diverted many times through reverted mails. I was asked to contact bank to get refund. I visited home branch they said money has been sent from their side and i took statement from 23rd aug to 30th september 2018 as a proof and mailed to paytm as asked from their side but no solution provided yet. So, i would like to request you to please look after it asap. You can find the details below regarding the issue.
