Paytm — money deducted twice but single amount received payment done through paytm upi

I pay for sbi mops on 1 sep of ₹500 twice but single amount is recieve by merchant i contact paytm every day for refund my amount but everytime time they said we are working for your amount and not refund it till now more then 7 weaks are crossed but my refund is not processed
So i request to please refund my money as soon as posible
