Paytm Money — fraudulent transaction from my sb account

The fraud was carried by a person claiming to be from paytm money. I have sent many mails to paytm cybercell. They are not replying, i have also filed a complaint in police station. I am a retired person and living on the interest received. The amount of 70000 rupees is a big amount for me. I have also written to my bank (Canara bank) i am awaiting their reply too. Please help me recover my money
