The payment model or design should the user to verify or atleask seak for promo code but where it doesnt ask the end user to verify payment(when the money was in wallet), because if the money was in wallet the transcation happened without any validation. but still as a user i am asking for the resolution kindly do help in reverting me the money, else i should take it in other esclation mode...
