Paytm — Money was deducted but recharge wasn't done | |||
I recharged my phone with rs.199 on 24 April, 2017 at 2:57 p.m and at 2:58 p.m on the same day the amount was deducted from my account as I received a message from bank but the status was showing 'payment confirmation awaited' in my paytm app. I had patience for few hours thinking that it will be done. It hasn't been done since 4 days now and I have complained numerous times but they are not taking this seriously. Even the customer care of paytm is extremely unsatisfactory.
