[Resolved] Paytm — Non Refund of Balance in Paytm Cash of Rs 2,640 | |||
While recharging Dish Tv for one year balance of Rs 2, 640 got deducted from my credit card instantly while Dish Tv is not recharged and transaction failure information received but my money of Rs 2, 640 is neither returned back nor it is credited in paytm cash instantly. I tried to call on[protected] but not got connected and while writing email to [protected]@paytm.com i got a compliant no[protected] but not got refund of my money. Call me on [protected] urgently to resolve this issue or email me on [protected]@gmail.com. Details of two order failed is enclosed for your easy reference.
