Paytm Payment Bank — refund not received by amazon | |||
My name is ARIF and I had ordered mobile of RS.19790 oppo reno in Amazon on 30/09/2019 and after 04/10/2019 I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 10/16/2019 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 0R8UD3TG0000K0OBNZA2 and told me to fill charge dispute form but Paytm payment Bank doesn't have such policy.
