[Resolved] Paytm — "Paytm did not provide refund after returning products" | |||||
PAYTM ORDER NO # [protected] Dated - 8th Feb 2017 I have Purchased Yonex Mavis 350 shuttle from Paytm and received the wrong product Yonex Mavis 10, which almost half in the price of ordered items. After the receipts of the order, i have returned the same with own Courier Charge and Paytm care has said that they should refund the Product Amount along with return courier Charges on dated 18th feb 2017. The returned products has already been received by Seller on dated 20th Feb 2017, but still they have not refunded my Amount. Currently The Status of order has changed from "Return Approved to Return Rejected" on dated 3rd March 2017. After so many communication through mail they have not giving any satisfactory reply. The Paytm Customer Care Guys has called me over the mobile from ph. no +91 120 392 1695 and now they required proof of delivery.
They have so many idea to harassing to their customers. First they did not pick-up the product from where they have delivered the same and after shipped the courier they demanding the proof of delivery. however i have sent them the snap shot of shipment delivered status along with courier slip.
This issue are still pending form last 22 days. | |||||
