Paytm — Paytm does not deal with brand new products. | |||
I had ordered a LG HBS-730 Bluetooth Headset (Black) multi point. The order no is [protected]. When I received the order, I checked the box, which advised, I was supposed to receive a user manual, quick start guide and ear buds. I received none of these so I wrote to customer care. What do you think was the resolution provided by the Paytm customer care. They credited Rs. 50 in my Paytm wallet and tell me the issue is closed. The last CS e-mailed went to the limit of informing me I was fine with the Rs. 50 in my wallet. This is nothing but crap, courtesy Paytm. The truth is the product shipped from Jaipur. There was no seal on the box, which means, Marwadi business ethics allows a supplier to open a box and take away what is required. I am sure the supplier must have sold the user manual, quick start guide and ear buds seperately, after all Marwadi ethics allow such practises. This also means I did not receive a new product. Paytm should be removed from the e-commerce industry. Imagine I still do not know how to activate multi point on the headset and as per the e-mail from Paytm the issue is resolved. Probably, the Paytm care does not understand English. THey too thrive on Marwadi ethics Was this information helpful? | |||
