[Resolved]  Paytm — paytm took money from my bank and didn't paid to zopnow!!! helpless!!!

I tried to make a payment for my zopnow order #21539399 with paytm of amount rs.1495.55 with its offer 10% cash back// money was deducted/taken from my bank by paytm but not paid to zopnow// calling paytm no option to give a call// call is not accepting from paytm... Please help!!!
I have bank transition id screen shoots plus confirmation from paytm..
