Hello, I wanted to book tickets for Arijit Singh concert in Thane from book my show website. While making payment through paytm site, from my net banking account some error occurred and payment could not be made. After some time I got the message from my banker saying that my account has been debited by Rs. 2997. However, no tickets are received by me. Transaction is not seen in my order summary too. I request you to kindly cancel that order and credit my account with same amount as I have already booked tickects from other account. A message from my banker is attached as a proof.
