Paytm — refund has been given from merchant which is not reflected in paytm savings account

I have paid to amazon on paytm upi
And returned the product. The same amount has been refunded from amazon to same paytm upi.

But it's not been reflected in my savings account and paytm is not providing charge dispute form.
