Paytm — REFUND OF CASH!! | |||
I have sent countless emails to ur customer care service at paytm. But, no reply. My 3 order numbers:[protected],[protected] and[protected] with SBI netbanking transaction ids:IGO6396554, IGO6395927 and IGO6548018 respectively, have been pending for 18 hours now. Each of Rs.50..total of Rs.150. I have sent 10-15 emails to your customer care service, since you people have no helpline number. I have yet to recieve a reply or refund or even an unsuccessful recharge email. What the hell is going on? I want my cash back! Look into it and investigate please!! We have checked and got to know that it was a successful transaction against Order Id[protected] on our system. If you still have not received the benefit, you may confirm and claim the same from the operator with operator reference no. KO[protected].
Moreover, it indicates that that a sum another Rs. 100 was refunded in your Paytm Cash account. I further checked and it looks like you've used this amount for a transaction on Paytm. The details of the transaction are mentioned below:
