[Resolved] Paytm — Rs 25000 deducted for payment towards purchase of IPhone 5C not refunded
Rs 25000 were deducted from my account towards payment for iPhone 5C against order Number[protected] on September 4, 2014. The update reflected as payment failed but the amount was deducted from my account. I contacted the PayTM team on [protected]@paytm.com. I was assured of a solution withiwithin 72 hours but the amount has not been refunded yet. All I got is an intimation that the amount has been received and the order has been placed. Later the "My Orders" option showed the order as cancelled and amount refunded but the amount has not been refunded yet. Kindly check and resolve. Was this information helpful?
