Paytm Shopping Order — replacement issues and product functionality

This is to state that I purchased a laptop i.e. ASUS X507UA-EJ562T from Paytm app including an extended warranty of 1year i.e. from future generali.
It was delivered by MR. VINIT KUMAR([protected]) on[protected] at 5:17 p.m.
When I opened the order, it just had the laptop without the warranty card or box and also, it didn't even start. Due to which, I requested a return and replacement for my order that was neither functional nor complete.
Today, I got a text message from SHADOWFAX QC that my order would be picked up by MR. DEVENDER SINGH.
And, after he arrived, he didn't take away the order as according to him a box was missing in my order, which wasn't delivered to me on[protected].
Thus, I am writing to you with full faith in your functionality and management that would look out towards my case ad would work on it ASAP.
