Paytm — undelivered item shows delivered on status, and paytm did nothing after escalation of issue | |||||
Dear all, I have placed an order on paytmm on 17th oct 2017. Order no: [protected] There was three item in this order. One item is delivered - that's fine. The second order is delivered with names of two items on the packet. However, after opening the pack, there was only one item in it. I have escalated this issue to the customer care officer. I asked for delivery or refund of money. However, its 21st oct now, and there have been no resolutions yet. (It's extremely difficult to get in touch with the customer care officers. After holding on for 12 minutes, they just hang up your calls) I urge all the good customers to be careful and start bringing these kinds of injustice before the common public.
