[Resolved]  Paytm — Suspected Hotel booking cancellation refund not received

Dear Sir,
I am writing this complaint for Hotel Booking ID [protected] via paytm.

I am very disappointed from Paytm, I felt cheated like because Paytm behaving like thief, They doesn't want to understand my problem. On date 15 Aug 2021 during night someone booked hotel room in Hotel Grand Regency, Rajkot for date 15 October to 30 October but I was not aware about this transaction when I got a mail regarding hotel booking then I understand it is suspected transaction.

I submitted hotel booking cancellation request immediately but after pressing on cancel tab message appeared "Your hotel booking cancellation request is under process.
After submitting cancellation request I have browse same hotel and room it was showing free cancellation allow till 16 Aug, I also taken screen shot of it.
Next morning when I talked with paytm customer care executive, he said it was non cancellation booking if you cancel this booking then whole amount rupees 36108/- would be charged as cancellation charge.
While hotel manager said you can cancel your hotel booking before 24 hours checkin time without cancellation charges.
This transaction done by SBI credit Card, If bank send recovery guys at my home for recover said amount then I can't face those people and society then I have only option harm myself. I hope you can understand the my feeling, how much am I pressured.
Please help me...
