[Resolved] Paytm — Transaction Failed but amount deducted from my account. | |||
Hello, As you know that, I was trying to recharge rs 102 in my number [protected] on 19th jan 2014. But the issue is that, the amount was deducted from my bank account and transaction not succeeded. Transaction ID: [protected] Paytm order no:[protected] I have already raised the issue for the same but still the problem not solved.Please check the detail and refund my money to my bank account. It indicate the transaction against Order Id[protected] got failed and later it was refunded back to your bank.
As per our records, we initiated the transfer of Rs. 102 to your bank account from our side as of 19.01.2014. We suggest you please verify your bank statement till the date.
