Paytm — Transfer to bank account

Dear sir, mam
before 5 days I will add 20000 rs in paytm wallet from my pnb debit card.it was successfully added 20000 rs. on my paytm wallet.then after I should press return to bank option and transfer to my bank account.but my fund will not transferred because bank will declined for refund of 20000 rs.after this process paytm sent a message on my resister paytm wallet no.[protected].
this message is ''we have refunded rs.20000 to ur pnb bank for ur order id-[protected] on paytm.your bank could take upto 7 working days to credit the amount to ur account.
so after 5 days today I will go to pnb bank and say to bank customer service department then check my account.she says ur account have not credit any amount through paytm.
