Paytm — while booking amount deducted by payment gateway of paytm but ticket not booked and amount not refunded

I have booked ticket on 18 march 2020, however ticket was not booked and amount was deducted by paytm payment gateway. It has been more than week ago but amount not received in account.
On checking irctc portal showing status
