Paytm.com / Times Of Money — Amount deducted but course not purchased

Have tried to buy a course and transaction for the amount rs.399 is done by netbanking in playstore. The amount has been deducted but course is not purchased, please resolve this matter and send me refund.

The net banking is done through sbi
