Paytm.com / Times Of Money — no item received after making a purchase in an online game

I have made a purchase of 500 diamonds on mobile legends bang bang worth rs.799 on april 19, 2018 which i do not receive the item in the game. When i contacted google about the problem they said that the purchase did not get through which is weird because when i check my bank balance a sum of rs.799 was debited by times of money limited.
