[Resolved]  PayU — Money Deducted but Not Sent to Service Provider

I had made a payment through Paytm to a service provider whose account is linked through PayU. My Paytm & bank confirmed it was a successful transaction (amount debited from my account) but the service provider hasn't received the money. The service provider mentioned that PayU hasn't released the money to them. On raising a complaint with PayU, the ticket hasn't been attended nor resolved. No one is responding.
