[Resolved] PayU — online atm fraud from sbi bank | |||
Dear sir/ madam. Today at around 11:30 am, my mother got a call on her phone from [protected] which i think is bihar/ jharkhand reliance sim. My parents stay in bhilai, c. G. The unknown person said he was calling from sbi branch situtated at supela bhilai and asked my mother to provide sbi atm card details & aadahar details belonging to my father account and said account will get inactivated if details not provided urgently. Since my father eas not at home and my mother is innocent/ not aware of online banking & fraud cases and she provided all details inlcuding otp received on registered mobile no. One transaction hit in my father bank account. Details as follows: A) sbipg[protected]payu of rs. 19999/- on 26.07.17 I request you to kindly stop the above payment to him immediately whosoever he is & share with us his registered number & address details and pls try to get our money back from him. It was my fathers saving. He was saving from last so many years & we belong lower middle class family. We don't have enough money to survive. Kindly help us soon. Was this information helpful? | |||
