I was booking rail ticket using ixigo on android through phonepe. Money was deducted from phonepe but ixigo didnt show booking confirmation. Phonepe transaction id C1811122105524484014379. That was going through payu gateway. Plz either show confirmation of booking or refund the amount.

PAYU IS A FRAUDULENT AND CORRUPT COMPANY
If the amount has not been refunded yet, I'd suggest you to proceed legally if feasible for this.
PayU customer service isn't so consumer friendly and will never resolve the issue.
It has been 3 and a half months now and my money is not refunded yet. They keep saying that money is charge backed but they send you no proof validating the same. Highly suspicious behavior and a PAYU IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY .
