Payuib — non refund of my bus ticket fare | |||||
My name is anoop m. I had booked a bus ticket via red bus and had to cancel it... On 18/12/17 i got msg from payuib that my refund amount will b reflected in my account in the next 10 days... Tday 15 days are over and has not received it... It was rs 950 against proposal no 39342111 from ibibo group private limited... Kindly refund the amount asap... I got an sms from payuib that the refund of redbus ticket booking cancellation amount will be debited in your account within 10days but still I didn't receive so please kindly check my refund status
