[Resolved]  PayUMoney — 1000 rs- refund not credited with payumoney- worst experience

Merchant (Royal brothers) has initiated refund of 1000rs to my bank account through payumoney on 31st december 2017.. i got email from payumoney on January 1st 2018 my refund amount is initiated. After that i didn't receive any communication and amount also is not yet credited to my bank account.. it is almost 1month now. I don't know what is happening. I raised consumer complaint and tried to reach customer care.. Payumoney team gave me only the paymentID :[protected] on 31/12/2018 and ARN[protected] reference number. I have contacted my bank several times they are telling like, Its initial transaction reference not complete(successful) transaction details. There is no valid contact number to contact payumoney.. Payumoney team also dont have any phone connection i guess.. I am seriously irritated about this issue.Please check and fix this ASAP.

I have attached payumoney wallet screenshot.. Please refer that. In that refund payment mode is showing CASH. I guess this is wrong.. I sent my 1 month bank statement also to payumoney.. payumoney team is sending only two lines of response as in email.. They dont know how to track the transaction details..

First of all, are you ppl seriously looking this issue, I'm stating that the payment method in the portal showing as CASH, as the transaction done through bank, how it will shows as CASH. If the payment sent through CASH, what is the use of raising the dispute to bank? Its clearly showing that the mistake is your side. I need a valid justification for the payment method. You ppl are not at all analyzing the issue, you are simply sending the repeated emails, and there is no valid contact# to reach you ppl to sort this issue out.
