Hi, I have done payment to bbmp bangalore for the property tax payment through their portal: bbmp propery tax system through portal: https://bbmptax.karnataka.gov.in/Default.aspx. Details of transaction: Bbmp application number:[protected] Trasaction challan number: 18166425 Transaction from hdfc bank cheque/ref. No.[protected] Date: 27.04.2018 Tax amount of rs.14668 was paid from my bank account in hdfc bank (Internet banking) using payu gateway option. My bank account got debited for the amount but the bbmp did not get the credit of the same amount. Transaction from hdfc bank cheque/ref. Has this been resolved? I am facing same problem. Money deducted from bank account, PayU confirmed transaction is success(through email response to my question), BBMP site said it is failed.
No receipt has been generated. BBMP officers are not really helping in this case. They said keep referring to other BBMP office.
Any idea how to resolve this?
