[Resolved] PayUMoney — amount debited for failed transaction | |||
I had made a payment of Rs.1040 online and it failed, but the amount got debited from the account. There was so message regarding the debit of money, but when I checked my bank balance amount was debited. There was a failed transaction twice and later completed the transaction with different card. it has been 24 hrs and the amount has not been refunded yet. Kindly do the proceedings.
