[Resolved] Payumoney — amount is not settled its 3 week and no response

We are having metchant account with payumoney and they are holding our payment from 3 weeks. They are not even replying emails or no call.
Payuoney is sounds now total scams. How can they hold customer money which does not belong to them.
Its total failure of service and we raised complain with rbi.
The min failure is they are not replying and not calling even after having merchant account. We have provided all proof of shipment and infect customer send them email to release payments and still they just want to scam for several lakhs of rupees.
