The above pnr no transaction done by payumoney i cancelled the ticket it showed ticket cancelled money transffered to payumpp bank so please transfer the money to the bank on which transaction done. Almost the transaction done before one month so please resolve the issue as soon as possible

I have mada a payment of Rs 1013 to www.gateacademy.co.in for test series and i have use google Tez app for transaction but transaction is failed as i recieved mail from pay u money regarding failed transaction but amount is deducted from bank account i request you to refund my amount asap.

We are unable to trace any transaction with the provided details. Please share the below details at care@payumoney.com via email to assist you further -

• PayU Transaction ID, Merchant ID and Bank reference number.
• Scan copy of bank statement indicating the debit for the required transaction.
• Transaction date along with the amount.
• Email id or phone number used for processing the transaction.
• First 6 and last 4 digits of your card.
• UPI / VPA if any used
