[Resolved]  PayUMoney — 'cm90004 - duplicate record' but money deducted from account.

Address:Plot No. 1349 A/2, New Mankapur, Nagpur-440030

I tried to register for counselling of cat 2020 on 14th sept 2020 at 8:50 pm. For rs 2000 payment via payu using central bank rupay debit card, it showed cm90004-duplicate record and rs 2000 was deducted from my account.

Sir the last date to apply for the registration is 16 september, 5:00 pm. The amount is deducted but registration couldn't be done.

Please refund my money today if possible or get my payment processed so i can register for the aforementioned cat 2020 exam before the deadline i. E 16th sep 2020 @ 5:00 pm.

I registered this complaint then 'I also raised a query in the help desk section of CAT website and specificed the situation there', then next day sometime near afternoon when I checked the checked the CAT webiste it showed 'your application is accepted' notification.
PayUMoney customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
