[Resolved]  PayUMoney — didn't get refund

Ello,

On 30 march 2020, i was booking a ticket on irctc, after making payment it was redirected with error on irctc website,

I received below response from irctc customer care.

Please note that txn [protected] was a settlement-failed transaction for which no amount was debited towards irctc. That is we did not receive any payment authorization from your bankers to book the ticket. Requested to please contact to your bank.

Other details:
Accouny no.: [protected]

Transaction number on idbi statement: ipay/eshp/payu/[protected]/wwwirctccoin00 [[protected]]

Fail transaction number showing on irctc : [protected] [[protected]]

Amount : 820.48 inr

Payment type : net banking (Powered by payu)

I have sent emails to their customer care team but non of the emails are working.

Can you please help?

Appreciate your patience!

We would like to inform you that the refund has been processed against the PayU ID: [protected] on[protected] and same will get credited into the source account within 3 to 5 working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday and bank holiday) from the date of refund.

Please contact the issuing bank, in case the amount is not credited to the account within the mentioned time.
