Ello, On 30 march 2020, i was booking a ticket on irctc, after making payment it was redirected with error on irctc website, I received below response from irctc customer care. Please note that txn [protected] was a settlement-failed transaction for which no amount was debited towards irctc. That is we did not receive any payment authorization from your bankers to book the ticket. Requested to please contact to your bank. Other details: Accouny no.: [protected] Transaction number on idbi statement: ipay/eshp/payu/[protected]/wwwirctccoin00 [[protected]] Fail transaction number showing on irctc : [protected] [[protected]] Amount : 820.48 inr Payment type : net banking (Powered by payu) I have sent emails to their customer care team but non of the emails are working.
